I'm bored and for some reason I randomly began developing my own version of tic tac toe.

Shoot em' Up - A Flash Game

For some reason Action Script 3 and Flixel seemed slightly too difficult to learn. I think I may have broke the ice a bit and I have now made this simply shoot em' up flash game. Play it now on Kongregate!
